Drums Alive®

Central idea:

Drums Alive® uses rhythm as a source of inspiration. To discover new fitness experiences in the group, it combines the effects of traditional fitness programs with the benefits of music and rhythm. Drums Alive® is a program that promotes healthy balance: physical, mental, emotional and social. At the same time, it makes it possible to incorporate the element fun and creative expression.

The target:

Drums Alive® is about improving quality of life physically and psychologically with the help of a unique senso-motoric drum program that only requires the use of sticks, a gym ball and music. The primary goal of the Drums Alive® program is to create a “holistic mind and body feeling” for all participants. Our goal for all of our programs is to meet the needs of different groups of participants.

Our vision:

Our dream is to give everyone in the world a better life with the healing experience of movement and rhythm through the Drums Alive® program. Drums Alive® will improve the quality of life of a wide range of participants with tailor-made programs. This includes mentally and physically handicapped children, gifted and highly gifted children, sporty and healthy children and adults, children and adults with the potential for aggression, elderly citizens and patients with diseases such as Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, stroke and other age-related restrictions.
